Where our product comes from
We source exclusively through authorized channels in Europe and the United States. Every vial in our catalogue arrives from the manufacturer or its appointed distributor. We do not buy from grey-market intermediaries, bulk brokers, or open marketplaces, and we do not blend supply from unverified sources to meet demand.
This limits how fast we can grow the catalogue. We consider that an acceptable trade.
How it reaches you
Stock moves by air freight rather than sea, which keeps compounds in transit for days instead of weeks and reduces the time they spend outside controlled conditions.
On arrival, inventory is held in temperature-controlled storage. Orders leave in insulated packaging with cold packs, so the cold chain holds from the manufacturer through to delivery.
Authenticity
Vials are never opened, re-vialled, diluted, or relabelled. The manufacturer’s seal and the printed lot number reach you exactly as they left the production facility — which means you can verify what you received rather than take our word for it.
Quote the lot number printed on your vial and we will supply the manufacturer’s certificate of analysis for that lot.
